On alleged violation of fundamental rights and freedoms of citizens by the Slovak government during the COVID-19 pandemic 

The petitioner asks the European Parliament to investigate the procedure of the Slovak Parliament towards citizens who have returned to the territory of the Slovak Republic during the Covid-19 Pandemic. He claims that conditions of the quarantine were inconsistent: both sick and healthy people were placed together, and had to pay for that stay by themselves. Furthermore, he requests a review of the mobile application that has been set up to follow and monitor Slovak citizens. Finally he complains about the refusal of Slovak Republic’s to let Slovakia’s own national enter their territory from Monday 18 May 2020, if they refused to reside in the public quarantine, which he considers absolutely unacceptable in 2020, and he asks for a public apology and compensation for all of them.
