On alleged lack of public consultation and environmental impact as regards the construction of a new airport by the Polish government 

The petitioner alleges that the Polish government adopted a special law that enables public authorities to build a 100-million-passenger airport south of Warsaw without any public consultation nor environmental impact assessment. The petitioner claims that the plan to build the airport is in breach of Aarhus Convention, Landscape Convention and Noise Directive. He claims that the authorities keep secret the exact location and plans from local communities. He argues that expanding the existing airports in Warsaw, Modlin and Radom is valid alternative to the new airport.
