On stopping a landfill project in Lăpușel, Romania 

The petitioner opposes the construction of a landfill near the village of Lăpușel, Romania, arguing that it would pollute the environment and endanger the health of the local residents. She claims that a significant investment was made in a landfill project in the nearby village of Sârbi, Fărcașa commune, and suggests that the region would be better served if this latter project were finished, instead of starting a new one near her village.
