The petitioner complains that companies often use no-reply email addresses to communicate with customers, which give the user no chance to react to the information. The petitioner is of the opinion that there are rules that restrict companies from hanging up the phone immediately while talking to customers and that some rules should also be established to guarantee a good communication when interacting via email. The petitioner believes that banning companies from using one-way emails would strengthen consumer protection, and prevent bad faith strategies from companies.
