On behalf of the iDental Victims Platform in Las Palmas and Valencia, on infringement of their fundamental rights by the iDental company 

Petition addressed to: Petitionsausschuss des Europäischen Parlaments

The petitioner indicates that thousands of people have been defrauded by the iDental company and that their health has suffered as a result. This has led to numerous claims and complaints being filed against the company before consumer associations and health authorities throughout Spain. The petitioner also considers that the authorities responsible for protecting the public in Spain have failed to monitor the situation properly. The petitioner is accordingly seeking an investigation into the situation regarding dental treatment in Spain, pointing out that national consumer protection and health legislation is being infringed.
