Andrageren fremhæver truslen mod ikkeindustrielt fiskeri fra havvindmølleprojekter, idet syv havvindmølleparker i Frankrig vil blive lukket for ikkeindustrielt fiskeri, selv om disse områder har en rig fiskebestand. De berørte områder er Dunkerque, Tréport/Dieppe, Féamps, Courseulles-sur-Mer, Saint-Brieuc, Saint-Nazaire og øerne Yeu og Noirmoutier (Frankrig). Andrageren opfordrer til, at Europa-Parlamentet griber ind for bedre at identificere og tage hensyn til konsekvenserne af havvindmølleprojekter for ikkeindustrielt fiskeri.
