On the lack of taking into account revenues obtained in another EU Member State in view of granting a loan 

The petitioner, residing in Spain, receives his income from the Dutch authorities. He encountered problems in getting access to the commercial loan system in Spain, based on the argument that he has no income of Spanish origin. In the Netherlands, this access is allegedly unavailable as well because the petitioner is not resident in the Netherlands anymore. The petitioner feels excluded from access to commercial loans, solely because he moved from one Member State to another, and he considers this an infringement on the free movement of persons and capital.
