The petitioner claims to have been (indirectly) discriminated against by the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Notary Chambers, the Council and the Court of Discipline in that they have not transposed and applied Council Directive 93/13/EEC on unfair terms in consumer contracts or do not apply EU law fully or correctly. In an identical submission, the petitioner states that he, for the same reasons, also feels discriminated against by the Kingdom of Spain, Notary Chambers, Council and Court of Discipline. However, in neither of the two submissions does the petitioner give an indication of the concrete cases of discrimination concerning him, or of the reasons why he considers that he is treated differently than others in a similar situation. In his two submissions, he refers to, in his view, relevant national, international and European laws and regulations. The petitioner asks the European Parliament to ensure that Directive 93/13/EEC is fully implemented and applied by both the Dutch and the Spanish authorities, with the possibility that legal acts and corresponding legal consequences that have infringed EU law should be reviewed.
