On a laissez-passer issued by the Polish embassy in Italy and a ban on his children (minors) leaving the country

The petitioner criticises the conduct of the Polish embassy in Italy, which issued a laissez-passer for children who were minors despite there being a ban on them being taken out of the country. Following disputes with his Polish wife, the petitioner withdrew his permission for their two children (minors) to be taken out of the country. The police authorities with jurisdiction in the region then issued an order for the children’s passports to be surrendered. Despite the ban on the minors being taken out of the country, which was duly notified, the petitioner’s wife visited the Polish embassy in Rome and was issued with a temporary exit visa. The petitioner therefore asks that the European Parliament intervene.
