On a possible breach of Council Regulation (EU) 2017/2063 of 13 November 2017 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Venezuela

The petitioner calls for an investigation into possible non-compliance by Spain with Council Regulation (EU) 2017/2063 of 13 November 2017 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Venezuela, following the inadmissible presence at the Adolfo Suarez de Barajas International Airport of Mrs Delcy Rodriguez, who has been sanctioned by the European Union for serious infringements of human rights and fundamental freedoms in Venezuela. The petitioner urges that Spain be asked to explain itself and that measures be taken to avoid any recurrence of such a situation.
