I suggest and ask all producers of video content in regards to the Ukraine war to provide it with Russian subtitles until further notice. Even already existing material. Sooner or later these reports will find their way to the Internet, where they can be perceived and understood by the Russian population. By means of technical aids such as speech-to-text, translation programs, etc., this can be automated.
PS: News channels such as n-tv or Welt can do this by replacing the breaking news at the bottom of the screen.

An essential cornerstone of Putin's current warfare against Ukraine is the disinformation of the Russian population. One can assume that if the true facts were known, a large part of the peace-loving Russian people would be against this war and more and more resistance would be formed among the Russian population.
