Sooner or later these reports will find their way to the Internet, where they can be perceived and understood by the Russian population. By means of technical aids such as speech-to-text, translation programs, etc., this can be automated.
PS: News channels such as n-tv or Welt can do this by replacing the breaking news at the bottom of the screen.
