Andrageren klager over problemet med giftige dampe og emissioner, der har hærget Chiajna-lokaliteten og et område i Bukarest i flere år. Han er bekymret over risikoen for indbyggernes sundhed, hovedsagelig på grund af afbrændingen af affald og emissionerne af hydrogensulfid. Han opfordrer EU-institutionerne til at handle, da han ikke har opnået nogen håndgribelige resultater i de seneste år fra de lokale rumænske myndigheder.
