On the EU decarbonisation policy as an untrue element in the context of global warming

The petitioner strongly criticises the position of the European Commission (EC) regarding its discriminative climate change policy, in particular against Poland. He argues that the policy of the EC is based on the false notion that carbon dioxide is the fundamental cause for climate change. He calls for a revision of the reasons for the EU Energy-Climate Package. The petitioner stresses that the climate change policy of the EC should not be centred on the notion of global warming but look at the temperature anomaly in the northern part of the world. He stresses that the temperature in the Northern section of the globe is not much higher than the rise of the average temperature on earth in the last half century.
