The petitioner alleges that, since the state of alarm was declared in Spain, he has not been able to visit the village where his 88 year old mother lives, or to look after the trees on the plots that he owns there, although the village is only 80 km away from his hometown. Furthermore, his appointment for taking the COVID-19 test was allegedly cancelled after the regional government enacted a rule that prevents private companies from testing anyone. He claims that his Spanish constitutional right to freely choose their residence and to move around the national territory has been violated, and that the restrictive measures imposed by the Government affect him more than politicians and other people.
