On access arrangements to a child and the role of the Jugendamt

The petitioner has a child. Like the child itself and the child’s father, she is a Polish national living in Germany. The judicial procedure concerning arrangements for access to the child was launched allegedly using an interpreter who was not authorised to work for the judicial authorities. In addition, the Jugendamt is adopting an obstructive attitude to the procedure concerning the access arrangements.
