On the alleged infringement of the Constitution and the violation the rights of movement and work of its citizens during the COVID-19 crisis in Spain

The petitioner considers that the European Parliament should investigate the management of the Spanish authorities of the health crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The petitioner considers that Spain has violated his right to free movement and work. The petitioner states that the specific royal decree adopted because of COVID-19 violates the Spanish Constitution. The petitioner denounces that harassment is constant by the police and that citizens are subject to threats and humiliating treatment. The petitioner also states that fundamental rights are being systematically violated.
