On the abolition of seasonal time changes

The petitioner supports the abolition of winter time and the permanent adoption of summer time as standard time. The petitioner claims that the biannual time changes adversely affect people’s lives and the economy in a number of ways and that adopting summer time all year round would be beneficial for many people, as it would mean that it would be light for more of their free time.
