The petitioner deplores the existence of offshore tax havens and the lack of political will to fight fraud and tax evasion more effectively. Considering the threat to the world stability posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, he requests immediate and concrete actions to put an end to offshore tax heavens and return the money to the European economy to urgently save jobs, families and small and medium-sized companies.
