Vlagatelj peticije obžaluje, da se denar steka v davčne oaze in da ni politične volje za učinkovitejši boj proti goljufijam in davčnim utajam. Glede na nevarnost, ki jo pomeni pandemija covida-19 za svetovno stabilnost, zahteva takojšnje in konkretne ukrepe, s katerimi bi odpravili davčne oaze, denar pa vrnili evropskemu gospodarstvu ter tako rešili delovna mesta, družine ter mala in srednja podjetja.
