The petitioner asks for the EU to state that unemployed people over the age of 52 are especially disadvantaged and to help them financially while searching for new employment. The petitioner calls for EU funds to be allocated to promoting job-finding measures for this age group, and particularly so in the bioeconomy sector, which is the petitioner’s field.
