Framställaren förklarar de finansiella skador som han och andra konsumenter har lidit till följd av Cook/Oeger-gruppens insolvens. Han bokade en paketresa i augusti 2019, varav endast 10–20 procent ersattes av avbokningsgarantin. Regeringen har inte beslutat att öka garantifonden. Detta strider mot paketresedirektivet 2015/2302.
