Predkladateľ petície ozrejmuje finančné škody, ktoré on a ďalší spotrebitelia utrpeli v dôsledku platobnej neschopnosti skupiny Cook/Oeger. V auguste 2019 si zarezervoval balík dovolenkových služieb, ktorý záruka pre prípad zrušenia kryla len v rozsahu 10 – 20 %. Vláda neprikročila k zvýšeniu záručného fondu. Ide o porušenie smernice 2015/2302 o balíku cestovných služieb.
