Vlagatelj peticije nasprotuje Direktivi 92/83/EGS o uskladitvi strukture trošarin za alkohol in alkoholne pijače, katere področje uporabe je po njegovem mnenju preobsežno. Navaja, da morajo že lastniki kotlov z volumnom manj kot 2 litra plačevati davke pri nakupu alkohola za maceracijo.
