On behalf of the Union of European Green Energy Manufacturers, on alleged wrongful transposition of the European directives concerning its energy goals

The petitioner complains about allegedly wrongful application of §18 of the Final and additional provisions in the Bulgarian Energy act. The petitioner points to legislative amendments introduced by Bulgarian authorities leading to 324 Renewable energy services working on net loss. The petitioner recalls apparently wrongful interpretation of the definition of “national and European support scheme”; there are violations of Directive 2009/28/EC and Regulation 1305/2013. She requests an inquiry of the malpractices of Bulgaria regarding the proper implementation of European Law and the possible breach of Bulgaria of its energy goals which threatens the sustainability of all projects financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD).
