According to the article 1 of the UN charter, one of the purpose of the United Nations is to maintain international peace and security, and to that end: to take effective collective measures for the prevention and removal of threats to the peace, and for the suppression of acts of aggression or other breaches of the peace, and to bring about by peaceful means, and in conformity with the principles of justice and international law, adjustment or settlement of international disputes or situations which might lead to a breach of the peace.
Russia committed a dozen numerous war crimes in Ukraine so far and still continues to do so. The situation is getting worse every second.
In order to prevent further war crimes on civilians, worldwide nuclear catastrophe and further aggression of the Russian Federation, people around the world ask the United Nations to expel Russia from the United Nations Security Council and launch UN Peacekeeping Mission in Ukraine.

There is no place in UN for country that invades other countries.
By suspending the Russian Government from the UN Council we're cutting off another way of communication with them. This is the opposite of what we want I think. We want to go back to diplomatic discussions with them so why cut this line ourselves?
