Lūgumraksta iesniedzējs apgalvo, ka Francijas apdrošināšanas sabiedrību (Apdrošināšanas sabiedrību federācijas biedri, kas veido 99 % no tirgus) izmantotās mirstības tabulas izraisa dzimumu nevienlīdzību.
