The petitioner claims that a ‘universal basic income’ is the only solution to save theEuropean economy during and after the pandemic crisis. He calls for the suspension of all credits and rents related to permanent own housing and for unpaid leave for all non-essential professions that cannot operate via telework. He declares that we should follow China’s measures if we want this crisis to have a less damaging impact.
