Той призовава за временно суспендиране на всички кредити и наеми, свързани с постоянните собствени жилища, и за неплатен отпуск за всички несъществени професии, които не могат да работят от разстояние. Той заявява, че трябва да следваме мерките на Китай, ако искаме тази криза да окаже по-малко вредно въздействие.
