Petition addressed to: Petitionsausschuss des Europäischen Parlaments

The petitioner states that civil service legislation has been taken into account far too late in the transposition of Directive 2000/78/EC. This has put him at a disadvantage as a result of the non-recognition of training periods, causing him to receive a reduced pension. He calls for a new calculation of pensions and a regulation which would increase the integration of EU legislation in the Member States’ legislation and impose penalties for failure to transpose EU legislation.
