On EU-wide validity of pensions, driving licenses, health insurances and phone plans

The petitioner claims that when moving from one EU Member State to another for a long period, some Member States (like the Netherlands) require EU-citizens to change their national phone plan, driving license, pension plan and health insurance to the one of the Member State of new residence. That change usually entails additional costs and a necessary waiver of related privileges obtained by EU citizens in their home country. The petitioner calls for EU-wide validity of all the mentioned national documents and rights when moving among Member States.
