On behalf of the Association of Francoist prisoners, on the crimes perpetrated by Antonio González Pacheco during the Franco dictatorship

The petitioner calls for the Amnesty Law (Law 46/1977) not to be applied to Antonio González Pacheco and for him to be charged with and prosecuted for crimes against humanity committed during the Franco dictatorship. According to the petitioner, this is in line with the report on the situation of fundamental rights in the European Union in 2015 (rapporteur:József Nagy)and in particular point 63 thereof, calling for an ‘objective assessment of historical memory in Spain’. The petitioner calls for justice and reparations for the victims.
