Navodi da se pravo na fiksnu telefonsku vezu s internetom ne može ostvariti ni uz pomoć Savezne agencije za mrežne djelatnosti ni pravnim mjerama. Žali se i na poslovnu praksu telekomunikacijskih poduzeća.
