Predkladateľ petície namieta proti ustanoveniam zákona o telekomunikáciách a vyzýva na lepšiu ochranu spotrebiteľa. Uvádza, že právo na pripojenie pevnej telefónnej linky na internet nemôže vykonávať ani Agentúra pre spolkovú sieť, ani sa nemôže vykonávať prostredníctvom právnych opatrení. Predkladateľ petície tiež namieta voči obchodným praktikám telekomunikačných spoločností.
