Il firmatario afferma di aver prenotato una crociera, ma di averla successivamente annullata il 18 marzo 2020 a causa dell'allerta di viaggio globale. La stessa compagnia ha poi cancellato la crociera l'8 aprile 2020. Nonostante le numerose richieste di rimborso, finora gli è stato offerto solo un voucher come segno di buona volontà.
