Předkladatel petice vyzývá k přijetí opatření k ochraně spotřebitele a k zajištění účinné právní ochrany všech evropských spotřebitelů, aby bylo zamezeno právní nejistotě, které jsou momentálně vystaveny osoby poškozené v případu podvodu Afinsa a Forum Filatelico. Také vyzývá španělskou vládu o to, aby zajistila odškodnění více než 460 000 obětí podvodu.
