The petitioner calls for measures to be taken to defend consumers and guarantee the right of all European consumers to effective legal protection in order to avoid the legal uncertainty currently facing the victims of the FORUM AFINSA fraud. He also calls on the Spanish Government to seek compensation for the over 460 000 victims.
