Ο αναφέρων ζητεί την άρση των ταξιδιωτικών περιορισμών στον χώρο Σένγκεν, ιδίως μεταξύ της Γερμανίας και της Αυστρίας. Δηλώνει ότι, σύμφωνα με πολλούς εμπειρογνώμονες, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του ΠΟΥ, οι εν λόγω περιορισμοί δεν θα έχουν πλέον θετικό αντίκτυπο στον περιορισμό της διασποράς της COVID, αλλά θα ήταν μάλλον προϊόντα λαϊκισμού και θα ενθάρρυναν την εθνική δυσαρέσκεια.
