Le pétitionnaire demande la levée des restrictions en matière de déplacements dans l’espace Schengen, en particulier entre l’Allemagne et l’Autriche. Il affirme que, d’après de nombreux experts, y compris l’OMS, ces restrictions n’auraient plus d’effet positif sur l’endiguement de la COVID-19, et y voit plutôt des mesures populistes qui attisent les rancœurs nationales.
