Předkladatel žádá o to, aby byla uvolněna omezení cestování v rámci schengenského prostoru, konkrétně mezi Německem a Rakouskem Tvrdí, že podle řady vědců i WHO by delší trvání opatření již nemělo pozitivní vliv na zastavení šíření COVID-19, ale bylo by populistické a rozhořčilo by občany.
