The petitioner claims that the decision of the German Federal Court of Justice (Bundesgerichtshof) of 31 March 2020 (XI ZR 198/19) is at odds with the judgement delivered by the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) in case C-66/19 and that Germany therefore is in breach of EU rules on consumer protection. The petitioner refers in particular to the decision of the CJEU on the information regarding withdrawal from consumer credit agreements.
