Andrageren hævder, at den tyske Bundesgerichtshofs afgørelse af 31. marts 2020 (XI ZR 198/19) er i modstrid med EU-Domstolens dom i sag C-66/19, og at Tyskland derfor overtræder EU's regler om forbrugerbeskyttelse. Andrageren henviser navnlig til EU-Domstolens afgørelse om oplysninger vedrørende fortrydelsesret i forbindelse med forbrugerkreditaftaler.
