Lūgumraksta iesniedzējs apgalvo, ka Vācijas Federālās tiesas (Bundesgerichtshof) 2020. gada 31. marta lēmums (XI ZR 198/19) ir pretrunā Eiropas Savienības Tiesas (EST) spriedumam lietā C-66/19 un ka tādēļ Vācija pārkāpj ES noteikumus par patērētāju aizsardzību. Lūgumraksta iesniedzējs jo īpaši atsaucas uz EST lēmumu par informāciju attiecībā uz atteikšanos no patēriņa kredītlīgumiem.
