Strengthening communication privacy between private individuals by law and namely wiretapping of lawyer-client communications. A pre-requisite for the rights of defense. Developing a legislative framework governing communications between private individuals and identifying the right solution to protect the fundamental rights of defendants – to regulate lawyer-client wiretapping to strike a fair balance between the requirements of investigation and professional secrecy when using either direct or indirect wiretaps or drift net type wiretaps.
