Dies ist eine Online-Petition of the European Parliament.
The petitioner argues that Google, based in Ireland, requires customers or providers of its online marketplace always to make payment transactions from an account in the country where these companies are based. This also applies to the payment of commissions if one offers or sells apps as a developer in the Play store marketplace. In the opinion of the petitioner, this violates Article 9 of Regulation (EU) No 260/2012.
