Vlagatelj peticije trdi, da Google s sedežem na Irskem od strank ali ponudnikov na svojem spletnem trgu zahteva, da izvajajo plačilne transakcije z računa v državi, kjer imajo družbe sedež. To velja tudi za plačilo provizij, ki jih razvijalci računalniške opreme plačujejo za ponudbe ali prodajo aplikacij na spletnem trgu Play store. Po mnenju vlagatelja peticije je to v nasprotju s členom 9 Uredbe (EU) št. 260/2012.
