The petitioner asks for clarifications regarding entitlement to special non-contributory cash benefits as provided in Regulation 883/2004 on the coordination of social security systems. He also complains that he has to pay taxes on certain foodstuffs when travelling to Switzerland and considers that the European Commission should put an end to this situation.
