Lūgumraksta iesniedzējs lūdz sniegt paskaidrojumus par tiesībām uz īpašiem no iemaksām neatkarīgiem naudas pabalstiem, kā paredzēts Regulā (EK) Nr. 883/2004 par sociālās nodrošināšanas sistēmu koordinēšanu. Viņš arī sūdzas, ka, ceļojot uz Šveici, viņam ir jāmaksā nodokļi par dažiem pārtikas produktiem, un uzskata, ka Eiropas Komisijai šī situācija būtu jāizbeidz.
