On allegedly unfair management of mortgage payments and the threat of expropriation

The petitioner points to apparently illegal benefits of the banks in Bulgaria. He alleges that the courts in Bulgaria incorrectly accepted documents serving as evidence in the Order procedure. According to him, the banks receive a writ of execution from the court before the borrowers have the right to protect their debt. The petitioner alleges that he is personally a victim of the above-mentioned practices and the bank that lent him a credit used a manipulated statement in order to initiate an enforcement procedure against his property.
