On alleged violation in the rules on voting and counting votes during elections in Bulgaria 

Petition richtet sich an: Petitionsausschuss des Europäischen Parlaments

In the petitioner’s view, rules on voting and counting votes, enshrined in the Electoral Code in Bulgaria, have not being observed in the elections in Bulgaria for years. He suggests that it can be also the case during the upcoming EP elections. He is worried about the correctness of sorting of the votes by electoral committees, and blames the courts of not judging whether the norms of the law were observed during the elections.
